Are my PDFs uploaded?
No. The PDF tools process files in your browser and do not send documents or previews to a server.
Can these tools read scanned PDFs?
Page and image tools work with scans. Text extraction needs selectable text; use local OCR when a scan contains only images.
Will links and selectable text remain intact?
Operations that copy PDF pages preserve their content. Strong raster compression turns pages into images and is clearly identified before processing.
