How it works
How it works
- 1
Add what goes in
Drop your DOCX, XLSX and PPTX here, or pick it from your device.
- 2
Start it
Nothing to set — it starts as soon as the file is there. Everything runs in this browser: no upload, no queue, no account.
- 3
Take the result
The PNG · JPG · MP4 is ready the moment the run finishes. Save it straight to your device.
When you need this
- The original photos are only inside a PowerPoint presentation someone sent.
- A video embedded in a Word document should be saved as a separate file.

Frequently asked questions
Are embedded Office images and videos changed?
No. UseTool copies each embedded media file byte for byte from the OOXML package. It does not resize, recompress or re-encode it.
What files can I use here?
Reads DOCX, XLSX and PPTX. As many files at once as you like.
What do I get back?
You get PNG · JPG · MP4.
Does the file lose quality?
The pixels and the text are left alone. Only the structure around them changes.
Does the original layout stay intact?
Text and CSV extraction does not reproduce the Office layout. Embedded pictures and media are copied byte for byte without re-encoding.
Why are only DOCX, XLSX and PPTX supported?
These modern Office files use the documented OOXML package format. Legacy DOC, XLS and PPT binaries and macro-enabled files are deliberately not processed.
